The purpose of this policy is to explain how Overland Limited ("Overland") collects and uses personal information it holds.

Overland collects certain information about customers of Overland to enable it to facilitate, enhance and promote the service it provides. Overland may also hold information about potential customers. The information collected by Overland will include: your name, medical symptoms, postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses. This is information Overland will obtain either as part of a telephone call to the number shown on our site or as a result of marketing activity or potential customer or general enquiries.

Most of Overland's use of personal data is necessary to enable it to provide a service to its customers. In addition, Overland may also use personal data to improve on the level and type of service Overland offers to its customers by capturing and analysing usage statistics including any management information reports.

Overland will not need to transfer and process customer data outside the country in which the data is collected and will ensure adequate security procedures are in place to prevent unauthorised use of or access to such data and use all reasonable efforts to keep such data confidential.

As a general rule, Overland may share personal customer data with service provider partners such as Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists or third parties contracted to assist in providing services to Overland customers. Overland does not otherwise disclose personal data to unconnected third parties except where customer consent has been obtained or where Overland is under an obligation by law to disclose information.

Overland may from time to time inform its members, potential members and other interested parties about Overland and Overland services and other information Overland feels may be of interest. Overland customers and other recipients of information from Overland may indicate at any time by notice to Overland that they do not wish to receive such information.
